Posts shown on the public landing page — visible to anyone, signed in or not. An announcement with an event date auto-hides from the public page once that date passes (it stays here, greyed out, so you can delete or re-date it).

Ready-to-post text you can copy and share (social media, WhatsApp, newsletters). Edit it whenever new features are added and press Save — your latest version is kept here for next time.

Everyone who signs up is locked out of the site until you approve them. Check the name, email and note, then Approve. Approved athletes then appear for coaches to place in a squad (or set the squad yourself in the People table below). Accounts you don't recognise can simply stay unapproved.

Someone asked to become a Coach or Parent on their Account page. Approve to grant that role, or Deny to clear the request — they stay an Athlete either way until you approve.

Change someone's role, home squad, or which squads (coaches) / athletes (parents) they can see and manage. A coach can be granted more than one squad, and a parent can be linked to more than one athlete. Admin accounts automatically have every permission — the Permissions checkboxes are for granting a specific capability to a coach who isn't a full admin.
